Leapfrog Leadership is a management consultancy firm that is committed to a high level of corporate citizenship.  Our individual and collective skills and experience have been used to help address issues associated with the wellbeing of our community. We believe that corporate success and social welfare are interdependent. 

Our contribution to building our community is through the sponsorship of several non-profit organisations that have been established to provide services and information to a range of people.  For example, we have developed the web site for 2020women Inc., to create shared value for women and to help women in employment develop their skills and knowledge.  We also support the Mornington Peninsula Human Rights Group, and the Homeland Orphanage in Battambang, Cambodia.

We also offer pro bono services to community groups, single mothers and students in coaching, job seeking techniques and strategic planning.

We also base our business model on ethical principles, processes and actions.
